The HubSpot materialization connector in Estuary delivers data from Estuary collections into HubSpot CRM objects such as Contacts, Companies, Deals, Tickets, and Products. Incoming records are matched to existing HubSpot records using a configurable match property based on the Estuary collection key.

HubSpot assigns its own record IDs, so Estuary cannot directly set them. Instead, the connector compares the Estuary collection key with the configured HubSpot match property to determine whether a record already exists. Using a HubSpot property configured to require unique values is strongly recommended.
